Exchange & Refund Policy – UAE
To give our customers confidence in shopping with us, Desert Blues Brands Outlet
offers an exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below. The
value of the returned goods will be applied to the exchange.

1.Items to be exchanged must be in their original, saleable condition, with all tags
attached, packaging intact, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
2.For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and cosmetics
cannot be exchanged, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
3.Items purchased at reduced prices during sales or promotional periods can be
exchanged within 7 days of purchase, but no refund will be provided on these
items.
4.Our policy does not affect your local statutory rights. Refunds will be considered
in the cases of manufacturing defects and refunds will be processed according
to the original mode of payments.
5.Customers may exchange the items they wish to return but refunds are not
available.
