• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp once your order is processed and shipped.
• Courier pick up is from 9am to 5:30 pm, booking of parcel should be 2 hour before the cut off. if not pick up will be process the next day.

We ship worldwide from Dubai United Arab Emirates
Estimated Delivery Times:
• UAE: 1–3 business days
• GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Costs:
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Additional charges may apply for Al Ruwais and Abu Dhabi Western Region.
• Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders details will be shown at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment at any time through the carrier’s website.
